All Purpose Ventilator
The L108 Ventilator is intended to provide ventilatory support across a wide range of patient populations (Adult, Pediatric, Neonate) and care environments (ICU, PICU, NICU, Transport).
The L108 Ventilator incorporates a high-performance turbine to deliver responsive and consistent ventilatory support with reduced operational noise. The device offers multiple invasive and non-invasive ventilation modes, comprehensive patient monitoring, and advanced ventilation support tools.
The ventilator features an intuitive graphical user interface with a 12.1-inch touchscreen display. An ergonomically designed handle is provided to facilitate safe handling and transport of the device.
L108 Ventilator is available in different variants:

Lung Recruitment
Can be used to perform sustained inflation recruitment maneuver & to determine the lung recruitability, finding LIP & UIP and adjusting the recruitment strategy.
Neonatal CPAP Options
nCPAP supports the set PEEP/CPAP with automatic leak compensation and can be used with a variety of interfaces.
NCPAP is meant to support the set PEEP/CPAP, with automatic leak compensation, Can be used with variety of interfaces. NIV/CPAP mode can be used keeping hose setup of invasive constant, flow sensor applied, having advantage of monitoring of VT, setting of pressure support and having apnea backup ventilation for the better safety. Specially crafted neonatal interfaces are available.
Adaptive
L018 provides a carefully curated set of clinically proven adaptive tools designed for the needs of intensive care specialists.
AdMV Mode
Adaptive Mode based on target Minute Volume, keeping the final control in the hands of clinical specialist.
PPS
Proportional Pressure Support enables dynamic pressure support on breathe by breathe basis while spontaneous breathing, this helps reduce work of breathing and improved synchrony. Available in variety of modes.
Adaptive VS
Adaptive Volume Support (VS) is intended to support spontaneous breathing by delivering a clinician-set target tidal volume. The system utilizes continuous feedback from measured lung mechanics to maintain a safety control loop. Adaptive Volume Support is available in multiple ventilation modes.
